NHR Silver Class Configuration

I led the design of the features, performance testing of the model, and the launch of the product. The initial idea started with my passion and initiative to create an limited edition, exclusive product. After having more than 3 meetings with different trucking groups, and more than 20 meetings with product engineering, product planning, and marketing teams, I developed the most successful product strategy for trucks in 2018. This project surpassed the original sales forecast by 200% with a profit 3 points above the standard NHR model. The NHR Silver Class also reached the highest KPIs for customer satisfaction.
